• The House Frame: Rugged full-dimensional locally-milled lumber, including visible 4x4 beams as ceiling joists.
• Roofing: Durable and ecological living roofing is our standard for long lifespan.
• Insulation: High-performance Maritime-sourced cellulose-based insulation in floor, walls, and ceiling.
• Flooring: Traditional 1x6 softwood flooring for a solid, natural feel underfoot.
• Windows & Doors: Maritime-made wooden frame windows and solid wood exterior doors.
• Interior Finish: Natural wood and earth-plastered walls that provide a healthy, breathable living environment.
• Exterior Finish vertical board and baton or traditional cedar shingle options available for a heritage look
